    Thinking about coming in from Austin.
    Where's the best place to look for tickets?

    Anyone want to sell me some cheaply?!?!?! My 12 yo would greatly appreciate it!

    TickPick is solid. There's "no fees", which I don't fully believe. They are just baked into the ticket price but love them overall for tickets. Good luck. I paid $1.8k for a pair in Section 128. No such thing as cheapie tickets for a WS game :)

    You'll be surprised. I was able to get 2019 game 7 tickets for less then 400 for good seats. If you wait right before gametime and wait around stadium you can nab some desperate folks who wanna sell

    This is the way to do it - especially if you're willing to miss part of the 1st inning. Scalpers will eventually just want to get anything they can.

    Pregame at local bar, after the 1st or so send a runner to the stadium, call if good tix, come back if not

    I’ve not bought a ticket from a scalper in a long time but how does this work in the day of digital tickets? Do you just of a transfer from accounts with someone on the street?

    I'd pay $40 tops. Unless they throw in some laser show or fireworks in 7 inning stretch. How much is food and parking dawg?

    Yeah- if you don’t absolutely have to go (entertaining clients- lifetime bucket list with your dying father- **** like that) buy off stubhub if the price gets where you want it 5 minutes before first pitch, or watch the game at the bar across the street if they never get there.

    I’m coming down to Houston at the end of the week and even better have work reasons to do it.

    I still haven’t gotten a ticket to the games but am going to try to see if I can score one after the games start.

    at the minimum it will be great to watch the games in Houston instead of around a bunch of disaffected Twins fans.

    how do you buy one after the game starts? dont all the 3rd party sellers (stubhub,ticketmaster,seatgeak,etc) close after the game starts

    You need to send someone down to the stadium to buy from a scalper. If they strike, they come back to the bar to watch. That’s why they’re saying watching it at a nearby bar

    I don't think so. I was at a Texans game once and bought a better seat while I was at my seat and moved down.

    If you get there early, right behind Crawford boxes. If not, the Michelob bar at the top of left center. It will be crowded everywhere though. I like to be behind homeplate, no matter how high up.
