Was on a roll for 3 weeks but hit a motivation wall. Had an epiphany over the weekend of "why the hell do I even lift bro?" So. Why do you even lift bro?
I lift for my own self, for aesthetics, for health longetivity, at 40 years old i want to look like Sebastian rulli.
Lots of hot girls in the gym thats honestly the motivating factor. Aside from that, you know you are doing good for your body and mind and making yourself healthier and more attractive.
I lift because I want to be more confident and keep my self esteem high. Also because I wanna look good for myself. Also....
I do it for the vanity lol Does anyone here use prework out supplements? I picked up mr hyde today. Can't wait to try it tomorrow. C4 was working for me in the beginning but died out half way. I guess my body built a tolerant to it. Heard good reviews on mr hyde. Will let you guys know tomorrow.
I can't speak for how bad for you it is, but I agree that they are all a waste of money. If you need something, caffeine will do the job.
Do you not enjoy the pump you get after each workout and slowly watching your reps and the amount of weight you can handle go up with each trip? That's what I love. Results. I'm waiting for my first real plateau, then I'm going to go super hard at the gym.
