I am a HR Manager- I also write the Policy 1. Read your Sexual Harrassment policy- hopefully you have a written policy. 2. Basically you should at least use email for documentation and tell the person what specific behavior was unwelcome or offensive or you considered harrassment. Then tell him in writing point blank to stop the behavior. 3. If he continues, then you should report his behavior in writing to the appropriate person, HR or manager. You should be able to go directly to HR unless you have a good manager. 4. The Company is responsible to investigate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure that there is not a hostile work environment. 5. If the Company does nothing they are stepping into big doo doo. 6. If they take appropriate action you should not have any more problems. BTW - If he does anything to get back because you reported him, then that is called retaliation and is just as serious and should lead to his termination.
