While the "he's married" part is morally wrong.....eliminate that from your equation. If it's harrassment, it's harrassment, whether married, unmarried, gay, straight, male or female. I will say this though....the married ones usually are more clever at this type of game than the single ones. In other words, they will be more likely to twist and turn YOUR words and actions throughout the process of harrassing you...because there is more at stake than just losing a job. The guy has a family and all that comes with it. Someday I'll tell you a jawdropping story of a married guy on another sales team that harrassed one of my team members, and personal friends. Crazy.
Too much to type, but in a nutshell.....all the while he was harrassing her, he was also building a case of harrassment AGAINST her incase it got out of hand. He completely turned the tables on her. She had no idea!!
I am sorry Lady Di. I am married and I will stop. But now knowing you are a Rocket fan. I want you even more.
keep the chats. keep telling him bluntly that you are not comfortable and dont want to talk. If he continues report it. hispanic?
He did eventually.....but it took a looonnngggg time for that to happen and it wasn't even related to the case, even though it was. In other words, HR had a hard time proving what he had been doing. So they found another reason to let him go eventually.
What a slimey greezball. Who the hell still hits on thier co-workers? That's so 1995. Your supposed to make firends with your female co-workers in the hopes of being introduced to her hot single friends. Then shagging them all. Shortsighted motherf*ckers.
