I agree. i love spending my 10 month vacations driving in my Bugatti Veyron in Italy or relaxing in my bungalow in Malibu or any one of my 7 properties all around the world. I dont need drugs or heavy partying. Just relax with my millions of dollars and living my carefree life. I hate ppl who call normal folks like us douches. We are just telling ppl how we live. These ppl are just hating because they're insecure and jealous that they can't have what we have...

btw, buy my friend's book. it will change your life. (and i get 10% of every sale)...

You're pathetic and extremely jealous and will never achieve anything with that mindset. What do you consider "normal"? Fitting in with the other people on this bbs who work at best buy and play xbox for 10 hours per day? Is normal following thadeus around slamming everyone who works hard and has a little bit of money? When the economy is down and jobs are tough is it "normal" to just blend in with the rest of society and b**** and moan about it and just accept being broke? Is that was normal is to you, bro? I think so.

I was just like you at one point in my life so I understand your mindset and I know that you are miserable. I'm no multi millionaire by any stretch of the imagination but I do have a successful business that allows me the freedom to travel and do the things I want to do while I'm young and it took me about 13 months total to build it so YOU CAN DO IT TOO. Which is why I recommended that book - and there is no affiliate link in that amazon link I posted so I don't make a penny off any sales and for what it's worth you can find it for free in .pdf form on almost any torrent site. While we are talking about definitions in this thread, thank you for completely defining the word "hater", hater.

Double repped. People bandy about the word just for the sake of it but I think you've given a solid description for the right use of it.

most ppl dont want to hear about ur 2 houses and long vacations.

normal guy would say, "i enjoy driving and hangin on the beach."

douche would say, "i enjoy driving my ferrari down to my beachfront property after relaxing all day in my personal sauna (that i had built with the money i made doing {insert job}.

    just sayin.

Actually, Sorry SacTown. I really do owe you an apology and there is nothing wrong with what you do. Calling you a douche is a shortcut to thinking and not very mature or kind. I was a prick. Sorry.

How you keep going on about everybody else just "following the crowd, with their little Best Buy jobs" shows that you think you're better than others. If someone makes 10 bucks an hour more power to them. For that reason you are, indeed, a douche.

in my 20s, i overextended myself with my finances. went into debt trying to keep up with the jones, and wondered why i was always broke, living paycheck to paycheck. i was ****ing miserable. i decided to stop blaming everything else for my problems. cut up the CCs and put as much as i can into paying off the debt every month. never felt so much freedom.

i currently have a typical 9-5 job and subscribe to the get rich slowly method (you know IRA, stocks, and bonds, 10% average return over the long run type of stuff), mainly because that is all i know. but i know what you mean by mindset and freedom. i'm looking forward to reading that book. maybe i'll have another change in mindset again.

I think this is one of the best cliche's of all time ...cause it's true. Some crap just isn't worth going into that much detail about so just take it for face value and move on.

For example, some people are just a douche.

    "It is what it is"

So what? Are they hurting you? You can spend your life getting pissed of at a douche, or you can skake it off and realize that it takes all kinds to make the world go around. ;)
