That's not true. If players move and cut, T-Mac will find them and hit them with the pass. It happened in the Warriors game at least twice. The initiative to cut has to be there, and no one other than Landry and Scola has it on this team.

I understand that you're looking at the present, but I am going to give T-Mac more games before I will contend this is as athletic as T-Mac will ever be again. As of now, he's not doing what he used to well, but it will come with time.

Swagger, rhythm, it's all along the same lines. He needs to find both. He can barely even dribble the ball right now. That has nothing to do with swagger. He just doesn't have it right now. Tonight, he had no lift on his jumper. At least in GS he had some. He was just gassed playing a back-to-back whe he is out of full game shape. T-Mac is not going to be relegated to a catch-and-shoot 3 point sharp shooter. T-Mac is testing out his knee and his body, he's seeing where he is at.

Judging his athleticism for life at this point is not the right way to go I feel. I am still of the opinion that he will round into form after a few (10, maybe more, maybe less, I'm guessing) games. Again, only time will tell.

Even if you are right, and T-Mac is done as an athlete, he will go right back to playing the way he did before he sat out.

ask somebody who lose 10 lbs and see if that person regains any of his quickness, explosiveness... even a normal person.
