Wood should be begging Harden not to leave

This is the first time Harden has had a shot creator that wasn't a guard. I don't know why we kept pairing Harden up with point guards considering that is Hardens best position.

This year's championship aspirations(other than not trading Harden) will be dependent on Walls 3 point shooting. It just needs to be league average and we will be challenging the Lakers.

Nah it's more than 3pt shooting. They have to learn how to flow off each other or both will be lesser versions of themselves. Harden will not stay if they can't get on the same page

The truth is any offense if with Harden on the floor will be good as long as long as everyone can shoot and create space and the offense doesn't get bogged down when Harden get's trapped at half court. Wall doesn't have to have to be a great PG. He just needs to be a competent shooter.

But Wall will have the ball in his hands a lot more than you are assuming. He will be more of the PG. That's even how Silas was running in the preseason. Wall will not just be a spot up shooter. Silas even said the thing that stood out the most early in camp was the chemistry between Wall and Wood. Ideally you would love for Harden and Wall to flow naturally and pick defenses apart. Wall will still always be pass 1st anyways. I just don't see them winning a title if it's James and 4 instead of James, Wall, and 3. Wall has to be a major part

If ball dominant point god CP3 was relegated to spot up shooter, you know Wall will be. That being said, it doesn't really matter because any offense with Harden on the floor will be a top 3 offense. Success will always be how well the team does with Harden off the court or trapped at half court. Defense obviously will also be a factor. Will Cousins and Wood co-exist when the Lakers go big.

We should be thanking god Milwaukee threw him away.

Wood would be an insane monster on that team. Crazy perfect for them on both ends. MIL’s drop scheme have Giannis and Lopez killing offenses. Wood would be an all-league defender in that scheme.

Agreed the Lakers and elite teams will double Harden, guys like Wall and House have to hit the three and or make shots. With the addition of Woods he will still have to muster offense against Davis which last year LeBron and Davis didn’t have to guard anybody!

I don’t know if harden and wall can coexist. Wall can’t play off the ball and needs the rock to play-make. Harden I believe can play off the ball but will he?

You mean the same team that just got their asses handed to them by the Knicks?

The team with 2 consecutive MVP and DPOY, that team?

There are 44 and 17 reasons why Harden shouldn't play off the ball for anyone. Wall has only had that number of assists 3 times in his career.

If you know anything about the systems and teammates wall played with, he's never had a chance to do that. It's literally night and day. Wall played in systems taught to hunt long 2s with traditional low post 5s and even low post 4s. No analytics, no spread floor. Always clogged lanes and literally long 2s offenses

The point is that Harden literally the best offensive player in history in regards to producing point and assists in an efficient manner and you want him to tone that down to so a borderline former all-star who can't shoot and that hasn't played in 2 years can be involved in the offense.
