Right, unless the Rockets end up in the bottom 5-6 teams and hit on that 40-50% chance and keep their pick and get a top 4 pick, then the fun could last several decades. Ask the Maverick fans if they remember that meaningless win over the Rockets late in the season in 1992 that cost them the draft pick to get Shaq O'Neal.
Do not bring him back until the tank is fully achieved. We do not need to achieve meaningless wins with him. Let him play towards the end of the season.
Sure I see a lot of him trying to score more than facilitate, but I also see a lot of coaching with younger guys, a LOT of communication.
There is NO chance they trade off one meaningless game before the break for an extra continuous three days of rest
That route has way too many variables. It's just too much that has to happen and the Rockets are not known for having that kind of luck. Just do the best with what you have and let the chips fall where they may. We will still have good picks.
