It's a start, hopefully we'll also see some demotions on the back of this. I can see an argument for starting Wood so that we can offload him quicker, KP really needs to earn his spot again though if we're planning on keeping him going forward.

The decisions that are made going forward can actually damage the team even more than the quit job of those two players. One game sends the wrong message. I’m even more disappointed now. I honestly can’t stand this organization right now.
It’s a much more appropriate response than all the knee-jerk reactions on the board. There might also be other “prove it” consequences down the road with KPJ. Wood needs to really get aggressive and improve his trade profile.

its a shame Wood wasn’t shipped out earlier now he is damaged goods and we lost leverage. Good news is he only has one year left on his contract so maybe contending teams are willing to get him and risk that one year. But we definitely lost leverage.
Our punishment for them choosing not to play a game is forcing them not to play a game. At least make them clean the bathrooms at TC or something.
yeah at this point its about risk teams are willing to take. I think KPJ screwed himself and may not see a team anytime soon if houston cuts him. Wood may have some interest but they are buying low.
Wood should get suspended for at least 3 games and KPJ released. KPJ is a waste of time but at least Wood has trade value. Let him play his way out of town.
