Is the problem that you can't find a spouse? A girlfriend? A second date? A first date? One night stand? Women won't give you the time of day? Depending on what you arre trying to accomplish and who you are approaching you may want to try different methods. Generally you need to identify the women who are looking for the same thing (except for the time of day, there you need to find a woman who is wearing a watch and not talking on her cell phone) and for whom you fit the general profile she might be interested in (employed and presentable apply to all the above). If you are looking for a serious relationship, she doesn't have to think you are hot right off the bat, quite a number of women I know are married to guys they wrote off as friends when they first met. Some are married to guys that were in the never-in-a million-years category. For a one night stand you need to be attractive and/or appear wealthy.

treat women exactly as you would any of your male friends except let them know that you'd be happy to drill the daylights out of them if they are so inclined.
Just be yourself, if there is no connection don't try to force one...you'll look desparate and probably be rejected. There are a LOT of women out there for you, but there are also a LOT of women that have absolutely no interest in you that you'll be dying to 'get with'. That's just reality. Getting fixated on these women is unhealthy and self destructive. I found my wife when I wasn't even looking...I was so focused on doing 10 different things in my life at the time that I didn't realize she was in to me...all the while I was just being myself and trying to get through my classes and hurry up to do the next thing when one day after class I realized 'hey, this girl seems to really like me'. Totally unforced, it just happens.

I said they were not complicated. I didn't say they were not high-maintenance. It's easy to know what to do to make a woman happy. It can be difficult to understand why doing some of those things makes them happy. It's also difficult to focus that much time/energy on doing what it takes to make them happy. In the end, they are worth (sometimes).
I've been in the same boat. My advice, give her some kind of sign/signal that you are definitely interested, then just back off...if she is at all interested she will come to you for attention. It really is a game, if you can learn to play it better than her, then you control the outcome.
Tell her you like her raincoat.....oh, and tell her if she doesn't come with you, you gonna hit her with her own pimp.
