    shes hawt. Assuming it was actually consensual and not the rape case the media is making it out to be, I could see how a son who never grew up with her would find her attractive and consense to have sex with her. The Westermarck effect (wiki it) simply didn't take place in either of them especially if she gave him up for adoption right after birth.
