If you want to breast or dick feed your baby in public then I say go for it. I'm all about equality and respect.

 

Sex is a procreative act, so on an organism the only sexual parts are the ones that are directly related to the procreative process; i.e. the penis and vagina.

 

Don't know if its been pointed out as I didn't read the entire thread, but if you want to point out that breast milk is essential for human life, so is an ejaculation to create life.

More so, if breast milk was the only way she wanted to feed her child then if you are going to go shopping, invest in a breast pump and have bottles ready. Easy enough. Why do I have to explain to my children why ladies think is courteous or womanly to expose their t*** in public to feed. If baby is hungry, go to your car. If you took a bus, then find a discreet place. Sitting in the Hollister chair for all to see as they walk into the store shows lack of consideration for all peoples beliefs on the subject and reeks of selfishness.

Babies take dumps that are natural and essential to life, you don't go changing their diapers in the hallway.

My experiences have been vastly different. Probably half have had the babies head exposed as to not "suffocate" the child or get too hot. Which in turn makes for exposed tatta.

I've seen women walk around in stores titty exposed shopping while child was nursing. As noted, we all hold different ideal's. Its obvious that many wont like the distraction of having to negotiate around the person shopping with booby exposed. "I guess Ill take me and my man eyes shopping over here". You have to be "uneducated" to not know that there will be many that don't agree with it. So it is selfish to think that others just have to deal.

 

Hey as a progressive type dad, I have had many issues with children and dirty diapers. I have 5 kids. I take my kids out a lot even as infants without their mother.

Never once, in all my experiences have I had the need to change a diaper in the middle of a mall, inside a store, or in public.

 

We have certainly had different life experiences.I have been alive 55 years and not once have I ever seen an exposed breast while out in public when a woman has breast fed.

 

Yes, so? What does that have to do with this? Does a baby need you to jerk off into its mouth every 2 hours?

And it's not selfish that you think your lack of willingness or ability to explain to your child the necessity of breast feeding an infant supersedes her need to do so? Especially when she's not ACTUALLY exposing herself? (Something you would know if you read the thread) Sorry, but I could care less about the silly awkwardness you feel.

Which is more egregious?

A. A breastfeeding mom who doesn't take the time to consider how the minority feel infringed upon by having to see a mom breastfeeding in public while covered.

or

B. A minority of people who are against mom's breastfeeding in public that express their opinion publicly causing distress of a LAW ABIDING citizen who is only expressing her lawful right to nurse her child.

 

OMG. It is NOT the same thing. The guy will not be feeding a baby with his penis. A penis does not have a multi-purpose like a breast does (well, only the sexual part for the penis). Penis = only for sexual purposes. Breast = for both non-sexual & sexual purposes. Hmm, maybe, you're secretly jealous that your penis isn't awesome like my breast is.

A penis has non-sexual purposes.

However, the overall point is still a good one. A penis and a breast are not the same thing and comparing having your penis out while you walk around to a woman breast feeding a child which usually exposes nothing to begin with is ridiculous.

I get that people feel uncomfortable with it, but the solution is to just keep on walking.
