not only does her antics do nothing for her little cause and just brings nothing but jokes at her nonsense, she goes to a Wolves home game paying for lower bowl seats putting more money in Glen Taylor’s pockets…I’m sure Grizzlies fans are now boycotting BBQ and give a damn about Glen Taylor now

How many people are now talking about Taylor after her stunts? Hardly anybody

she literally did nothing but look like a fool, but these types of people are always acting a fool in public thinking it will somehow bring people to their side when everyone is just commenting on how weird and deranged they look instead

Speaking of Glen Taylor and the Wolves .
Didn’t people say he’s not a good owner and the team is forever bad post KG?
They look good now with Edwards and Kat.

so is she really a basketball fan ? No.

    she’s nothing but an agitator

Wolves are finally good and somewhat relevant, so lemme pay for seats for the sole purpose of disrupting the game

next she’ll gorilla glue herself to center court

Bird flu's grisly question: How to kill millions of chickens, turkeys to prevent the virus' spread

    https://www.desmoinesregister.com/s...-symptoms-avian-influenza-farmers/7275070001/

    ...

If one those methods won't work because equipment or workers aren't available, or when the size of a flock is too large, the association said a last resort is a technique called ventilation shutdown. In that scenario, farmers stop airflow into barns, which raises temperatures to levels at which the animals die. The USDA and the veterinary association recommend that farmers add additional heat or carbon dioxide to barns to speed up the process and limit suffering by the animals.

That was the technique a national animal rights group, Direct Action Everywhere, said northwest Iowa egg operation Rembrandt Enterprises used to kill 5.3 million hens last month.

The group — controversial for tactics that include covert filming inside livestock facilities— said the method is demonstrably inhumane and constitutes animal cruelty. It distributed video it said shows live but lethargic hens in cages in an otherwise depopulated barn, and a still-live chicken, barely able to move, at a site where dead birds were composted.

Direct Action Everywhere, based in California, contends that all the methods for quickly killing birds are inhumane, but it is particularly opposed to ventilation shutdown, which it said can take hours and is akin to leaving a dog in a hot car.

"It is a slow and painful death characterized by asphyxiation," the group said in a news release.

Animal rights groups contend all recommended poultry-killing techniques are inhumane
In 2020, Direct Action Everywhere likewise documented the use of ventilation shutdown at a Grundy County hog facility, where animals were destroyed because pandemic shutdowns of meatpacking plants left the operators with nowhere to send them for processing. Trespassing and other charges filed against Matt Johnson, an activist affiliated with the group, ultimately were dismissed.

Last year, animal rights groups delivered a petition signed by 3,577 people involved in caring for animals, including nearly 1,600 veterinarians, that urged the veterinary association to stop recommending ventilation shutdown as an option.

Opponents of the standard techniques for depopulating poultry facilities said firefighting foam contains harmful chemicals and essentially drowns birds, causing chickens and turkeys to suffer convulsions and cardiac arrest as they die. They said carbon dioxide is painful to inhale and detectible by the birds, prompting them to try to flee the gas.

“We have to do better. None of these are acceptable in any way,” said Sara Shields, director of farm animal welfare science at Humane Society International.

More:5.3 million laying hens to be destroyed as bird flu reported at fourth Iowa facility

Karen Davis, of the nonprofit group United Poultry Concerns, urged the veterinary association to stop recommending all of its three main options.

“They’re all ways that I would not choose to die, and I would not choose anybody else to die regardless of what species they belong to,” Davis said.

Shields said there are more humane alternatives, such as using nitrogen gas, but those options tend to be more expensive and could have logistical challenges.

Sam Krouse, vice president of Indiana-based MPS Egg Farms, said farmers feel miserable about using any of the options.

“We pour our lives and livelihoods into taking care of those birds, and it’s just devastating when we lose any of those birds,” Krouse said. “Everything that we’re doing every day is focused on keeping the disease out and making sure that we’re keeping our hens as safe as possible.”

Des Moines Register reporter Donnelle Eller and the Associated Press contributed to this article.

It sounds horrible but you still have to kill the birds that are infected
People that watch the nba though probably won’t get that message if you tie yourself to the basket
And wear a t shirt saying ‘roast chicken’

It's not whether they should've screened her belongings it's whether they should've let her in the arena to begin with. Pulling a stunt like that should be a lifetime ban.

Probably not as dangerous as lunatics who put their kids on the street for coming out as gay or the ones who haven't woken up to the fact that labels or forcing people in the closet won't change who they are attracted to.

If she is woke, then she wouldn't have a problem with her kid being gay.

It's the ones that can't the face reality that their gay kids are still worth loving that need a wake up call if the love stops when they say they are gay.

But the topic she wanted to emphasize was the killing of chickens

there’s not enough space on her t shirt to talk about gay children

I mean you can still write more cause that shirt look extra large but not enough for two topics that nba fans don’t care about when they are at a game

Just so you know, woke is as insulting as commie and fascist, the socio-political versions of epithets like ******, spic and gook.

My point was you saying all woke lunatics are the same. Kinda like me saying all lunatics who aren't woke are the same, which I wouldn't say because that in itself is Looney logic.

The term "woke" seems to be used negatively by a lot of people on the right as anything they don't agree with. It's far too generalized. Too often if they think someone's ideas are crazy they label them as "woke" meant in a bad way.

Commie, woke, socialist....blah blah blah with the negative titles against anyone fighting for equal rights, free or affordable healthcare, unfair justice, discrimination, etc .
