actually not at all. Yours is a serious, thoughtful response, and if you sent it directly to the opinion editor you might actually get some interest. I have colleagues who have routinely published in WSJ. They are always alert to good pieces.

 

I stopped reading the Journal years ago - never wrote in a letter to the editor.
