Great job by Hollinger by getting rid of an overpaid chucker in Rudy Gay and getting excellent value in return. I would take Prince by himself over Gay and I am not even talking about contracts. They also got a very nice player in Ed Davis on a cheap contract. The Grizzlies were easily the winners of the trade.

I was hoping the Grizzlies would not trade Gay but they got rid of him and got way too much value in return.... Oh Craptors. Thanks for making other teams better.

For the record the Grizzlies are 2-3 points offensive rating better after taking out the trash(Gay). His value is grossly overstated. Even when was having one of his "better" seasons the Grizzlies did better without him in the playoffs than with him. He is a blackhole on offense and a terribly inefficient player. He was also not clutch(despite a few game winners). He missed 10 straight FGs against the Lakers. I thank him for his chucking ways because he helped the Clippers win in 7 in spite of their garbage coach(VDN). Unfortunately, he is no longer holding back the Grizzlies.

I'm rooting for the Grizzlies. They're so unique as a team. It's refreshing. Love the attitude and the toughness they play with.
