Or maybe i meant they'd trade a package of assets for BOSH. I wasnt refering to a role guy, we're talking a 3 or 4 pick plus other assets Morey has stacked up, that'll get you a star at least.

Give Minnesota the two NYK picks and Jordan Hill or Jermaine Taylor.

    then....

    draft Favors or Cousins

If Philly drafts Evan Turner, He would instantly become the lead dog on that team with everyone else being available in trade. He's a very versatile player who can play anywhere. Why not just draft him and build around him? No way they pass on him, he's a leader & the most NBA ready player in the draft. HE'S NOT GETTING TO PICK #3!!!

I wouldn't call pritchard the smartest GM in the league. Portland is a good team right now because of Patterson. Pritchard drafted Oden and has gone downhill since. You know if the twiiter is true about Morey that he has something legit planned, but Pritchard just wants to look like he's doing something. Portland needs very little if Oden and Przybilla come back healthy next year.

Naw, we need to keep Hill just in case Bosh comes along.

You're right people need to ease up on Cousins. Give the young man a chance.

Ya I think Battier will in the discussion, and I think the Nets would like having him in their team.

It's happened very recently. The Blazers picked Oden over Durant who is far superior in talent, because of Brandon Roy.

Then again, the Rockets can always offer the #3 pick and other assets. It's a long shot, but I'm sure Morey can get it done.

Iguadola is their star player NOW. He is owed $70 million over the next 5 years. Turner and Iguadola are not a good fit. Turner and Martin = great.

He's actually right. Z's surgery was considered a success. You said no one has comeback from that surgery, but there hasnt been many who have had it. In fact, Z may have been the only one. I can't recall anyone else, but the point is he came back and played 81 games and 30mins/game. I'm not sure where you get 21 from, probably looking at the wrong year.

He probably could have played even more, but he shared minutes with Diop and mihm.

That's a lot of assets for just 1 player.

Cousins has a decent jump shot for a big man his size. He would definitely benefit from being tutored by Yao.

...but if we got Cousins out of it, we would be set for years to come. :)

You don't think that Portland regrets that now? Can You imagine Aldridge, Roy & Durant? That would be criminal!!!

The next thing, Is Iguadola a star or does just make ESPN for a couple spectacular plays a game? I would take Turner over Iggy anyday. Put Iggy, Brand, and Dalembert on the trade block & move on.

i think it is a bad idea to suggest moving Hill. You do not find to many big men that can run the floor as effortlessly as Jordan Hill can. Sure he is a work in progress but if the rockets had to keep one player to coach up, it should be Hill... ok and Budinger.

Rockets can move the Batum's, and Rudy Gay's of the NBA but you don't move a player like Hill, the return on the investment is just tooooo rewarding if the cards are played right.

I haven't read this whole thread yet, but I hope it's Cousins.

Not just because I'm a UK fan either.

He's a talented kid but needs the right group of people around him to improve and the Rockets have the vets who could keep him in line and still have fun with him.

His ceiling is higher than Favors imo.
