If the Wolves knew that Rubio would never be playing for them, wouldn't they have already traded him by now?

Unless they are pulling a Spurs and waiting until Rubio is almost 30 to trade him to the Rockets for an unused roleplayer.

It's common knowledge that Rubio was unhappy about the Minn selection. He'll never play there, Morey knows he has an advantage and it's why Rubio is always rumored around here.

He is a very good defender. Spanish ACB League Defensive Player of the Year: (2009)
You shouldn't speak if you know nothing about a player, just spreads false information.

Whats funny is that now that people are talking about trading Brooks, all the haters that were saying that he needed to head to the bench and let Lowry start are saying:"Oh nooooooes! Don't trade him for an unproven PG like Rubio!!"
Where are all the guys that wanted Brooks to the bench now? You guys should be fine with Lowry starting right?

I'm fine with Lowry starting and Brooks + other assets getting traded for Rubio and 4th pick ... :)

Are you sure? The Brooks Lovers are saying he should not be traded and the Rockets should not go after Rubio. It seems that the Haters are the ones asking for Rubio to start and Brooks to be traded still.

The fans trade scenarios never seem to match Morey in reality or creativity. In May 20th, 2008, if a fan posted a trade of the 28th pick for Artest, somebody would come along and say it's impossible. :) Last year, if Landry for Martin was mentioned, somebody else would come along and say it's impossible.

The Sixers are taking Turner. If they don't it will be because Minn. moved up to take Turner.

Picks 3 and 4 are useless if you want Evan.

Agreed, I don't want to trade brooks. I think its all the Brooks haters that want him gone. Personally I don't think Lowry can be a starter.

There is not a single hate for Aaron Brooks coming from me, but that doesn't mean he's NOT a good trade asset. Just because someone is open to trading Brooks doesn't mean they hate him. That's just juvenile.

So just cause Rubio was supposedly upset at draft night, there is absolutely no way he's coming here? Hilarious. Rubio has never said anything out of his own mouth that he doesn't want to play for the Wolves. You guys are paying WAY too much attention to agent talk (lol Dan Fegan) and crap rumors like from BSPN.

What did Rubio say when asked about his future with the Timberwolves?

Staying in Spain for a year or two is turning out to be the best decision for him anyways. He was only 18 last year and he improved this season after winning the Euroleague championship.
