The fact that Anthony is making tons of money more than Lebron is disgusting enough

He is a Memphis Grizzly so perhaps a Rudy Gay analogy would be more fitting.

Rudy scoring ineffectively and not being able to win, never be on Durant's level.

Not happening. There is a reason you haven't heard about which teams are scheduled to meet with LeBron like they are Anthony. Teams have called to schedule visits and he hasn't returned a single call. He isn't leaving Miami. Period.

This is disheartening if you are an NBA fan. Logically, PHX is a great situation. Why in the world are the Lakers being considered but not them?

YEa . .. NBA will never have true parity
The Bucks, timberwolves, etc of the league
will never be in true contention for long
Either 1. Their talent will take their talents else where
    or
    2. they won't be able to recruit other talent

    S.A. resolves this 3 ways
    1. The drafted their center peice
    2. The build with international players
    3. Play more 'EuroBall' instead of 'HeroBall'

IMO for international players. . . .Beyond NY and LA
the rest of America is just America
The Bucks are just as feasible as The Rockets
They seem ok playing in Utah and Toronto [i know not America]
Whereas American players are more selective . . .esp when they have the option

I think the league will get more internationa; because of it
Why draft the #1 guy from America knowing he will bolt as soon as possible
when you can trade down get more picks and get the #1 international player
and maybe the #3 international player and build a team.

So this scrub is still a free agent? None of the 30 teams want to pick him up. He must be atrocious...

Not going to happen; they might as well say they're going to trade for Durant too.

Why would two awesome players like Harden and Dwight make me not a Rockets fan anymore? No offense, but this does seem like a post written by someone who is a fan of a team that will never attract free agents.

    Every sport has free agency.

Who thought Peyton Manning wouldn't be a Colt anymore? Who thought Albert Pujols would leave the Cards?

I don't get why that guy is on a Houston Rockets board spewing all that bull****.
Just seems like he's mad because Memphis is truly a place nowhere wants to be.

what, why don't you become a Suns fan after Lebron and Melo sign there?

You are a free agent as well

Teams that contact James will be informed that he wants no less than the maximum salary number for next season, sources said. The max number is projected to be $22.2 million. In 2010, James accepted a pay cut when he signed with the Miami Heat, taking less than the maximum salary to help make space for other free agents.

As of now, James is not scheduling any pitch meetings with teams; he will let agent Rich Paul handle the opening stages of talks. In 2010, James scheduled six meetings with teams at his offices in Cleveland over the first three days of July.

This information could shake up the contenders and sends the message that James, who has never been the single highest-paid player on his team in his 11-year career, is not as willing to sacrifice money to improve the roster as he was in the past. That burden may now fall to teammates such as Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

Currently, seven teams have the cap space to offer James a deal starting at $22.2 million next season: the Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns, Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic.

The Lakers and Suns, known to be serious bidders, have the space to add James and other high-level free agents. The Heat have the most cap space at $55 million but have Wade and Bosh to attend to as well. Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said over the weekend that his team did not plan to make any max contract offers to free agents.

Without cap space, the only other way to get to James' requisite number is to execute a sign-and-trade, which would require the Heat's cooperation, or make additional moves to clear up cap space.

At least three teams currently without the needed cap space that are known to want to chase James are the Cleveland Cavaliers, Houston Rockets and Chicago Bulls. All three would need to execute significant shuffling and perhaps even offload star players to clear $22.2 million.

    Wow if that's the case

    Bledsoe
    Dragon
    James
    Bosh or melo

Along with Morris twins, Gerald green, plumlee with some mid level would be pretty dangerous.
