I honestly don't think we need this. We've already shown that we can't win leaning on Harden so much. We need to change our offense to move the ball, cut, make fast passes, and also have a big that can catch lob passes. Rebounding needs to improve and we also need to get better a lot better defensively. Anything we do that stagnates the offense going forward, needs to be thrown out.

 

why didn't Rockets interview him? he is very smart, would be a better fit.
