Oh, yes you did say we need to take the ball out of Harden's hands. Never is a strong word. Don't misrepresent what you say.

So, now you admit that Harden should be the PG, and PG is not a position of need. Would you also say that there are many 5-out motion plays, Horns and 21-series that can get him the ball without him being primary ball handler for that possession. Hell, we saw one out of timeout Last night that got him a corner three. I believe it was Flex where he reused the flex screen.

I believe MDA has this under control regarding having plays to get Harden and Gordon on the move. But for now we are doing best with him dominating the ball with only some sets originating with the bigs or Gordon. And another creator at the wing or high post passing big like Green would do wonders too.

"You can't win with harden as the distributor. You can win with Rubio as the distributor"

    Harden-winning currently
    Rubio-lottery bound

There is a reason for that. They SHARE the basketball. Harden doesn't.

No I never said we needed to take the ball out of Hardens hands without context the way you put it. Find the post and put it up here that says that.

Harden is a shooting/scoring guard first and foremost. It's his forte. He's not a great distributor because he takes too many risks with his passes and he is not creative enough as a passer. His passing is secondary to his scoring. He makes possess because he's a scoring threat.

By contrast, Rubio is a pure passer. He didn't make possess because he's a scorer. Rubio makes great passes because he's a great distributor. He's great at creating angles and working them. Passing is Rubio's forte. James is not even close to him as a passer/distributor.

That's not sharing the basketball. Sharing the ball is letting the other guy run the offense from the top.

Once again, box score watcher, you gotta watch the game.

once again your logic is absolutely stupid. congrats. You're seriously stuck way in the past with your Harden is a SG belief and needs to let a PG hand the ball. It may be because you're old as hell but it might be time to adjust to what the game has become in this day and age. Once again it goes back to the personnel on this team. All this back pedaling you keep doing just makes you look even dumber than your initial claim that rubio would be the best player coming out of that draft.

With all due respect, we had Parsons and Lin. He didn't want Lin. And he didn't care when Parsons left. In fact he pumped the non-driving, non-playmaking Trevor as Parsons replacement.

It should be very clear to everybody who had watched this team the last 4 years that James does not want to share the ball with other guys that can make a play. Look at pour current roster. We kept his buddy Bobby Brown over Prigs. We have nobody on the roster that can run this team successfully every him. That speaks volumes about how he wants to play.

Harden is Harden-centric. And it's going to cost us another year of his prime.

Yes. That's how bad it is. We keep Hardens buddy when we needed a second playmaker and Prigs was all we had. It's very obvious that Harden and by default Morey (since he's riding the Harden train at this point) don't value having another distributor on the roster.

yeah its really stupid how they're operating when they're on pace to have one of their best years in Rockets history. How absolutely dumb of them.

Seriously why do you even follow this team if you just sit there hate how they currently play especially when it ends in way more wins than losses.

I said Griffin, Rubio, Harden, and Curry were the best players in that draft.

I'm not going to string all my posts from the 09 draft together for you. You can pull them up and see for yourself. But here's a sample.

Stephen Curry: Rookie of the Year

"One of their best years" is not 1994 or 1995. I don't care about that. It's all about winning championships. If we don't win the championship this season we will have wasted another year of Hardens prime.

Are seriously advocating for Rubio to split time EQUALLY with the MVP of the league???

Step up your troll game, son.

Anyone knowledgeable about the game can clearly see we already have a secondary, All-Star caliber playmaker AND shotmaker. Not to mention, he's far and away the leading candidate for Sixth Man of the Year.

Adding a middling 'talent' like Rubio to this front court rotation would foolishly disrupt the flow and dynamic of our offense (e.g. spacing, passing, cutting lanes, eFG%, TS%, etc.)

One last thing, James Harden and his high usage accounts for 96+ ppg of total offense for the season. That's a pace no other PG or player in NBA history has ever been able to maintain. NEVER. Harden is an ELITE talent that makes his teammates better. Rubio's style of play is a relic of the past.

Of course, you'll simply deflect the obvious in a circular maze of convoluted logic.

    Carry on...

If you don't care then stop following the team then. You don't know what happens until the season is over.

What do you think is going to happen in the playoffs if we keep this rotation as is? Tell me.....are we going to take the crown? If not, what is going to cause us to get knocked out and how can we prevent it from happening to win a title?
