One more note to coincide with my prior comment and TJones getting signed todayfor nothing in return. Morey was offered Isiah Thomas last year before the trade with Boston for a straight up trade for TJones and he turned it down. They sweetened the pot and added Miles Plumlee and Morey once again turned it down. He told them it was Dragic or nothing. Nice move Daryl....good luck with the 40 year old pg.

Got a link? I knew PHX was interested in Jones, but not like crazy insane to trade Isaiah Thomas for him.

It was posted by Cyberx on this site when we were after Dragic. He said the Suns really wanted TJones and were trying to convince the Rockets to take a package of Thomas and Plumlee instead. Go back through his posts (about a week before the Celtics trade) and you will see it.

Wow. That is nuts if cyber was right. IT would have been what we all expected TL to be, and without giving up a first. SMH

    Spliznashhh!

LOL @ all these 'die hards' mad in July about the ROX. "duur shame on you Darryl" go outside, live, have fun. Rockets will be fine. Wait for the trade deadline.

Nothing left out there in FA was going to turn this team into a contender.

Agreed, it's "fine". But I wouldn't say they can all defend. Prigs can't even defend me anymore lol. He brings the ability to efficiently run a high octane offense for short spurts, incredible ability to motivate those on the floor with him, and a good 3pt shot although it was broken when he was with us.

What are we doing signing this guy? He's too old. There were other available free agents to choose from, Brandon Jennings, Mario Chalmers, and their was another one who I can't recall the name right now. What are we doing? This guy is 39 years old, and will turn 40 soon. Every time the Rockets take one step forward, they take two steps back. This is a complete waste of a signing. This is absolutely ridiculous. This really smells of a desperation move to get a back up point guard. The front office for the Houston Rockets is definitely suspect. This guy should be out of the league and coaching some where. What are you people thinking? Jesus Christ!!!!!

Brandon Jennings signed with the Knicks well over a week ago for more than the minimum, which is what Pablo got. We can't offer anything beyond minimum contracts at this point. You think Chalmers is taking that?
