    If I were a betting man I would bet that Morey saves the BAE for midseason buyouts. Always a good idea to have a higher $$$ offer.

    Nah man...the times where we were forced to outbid other teams with exceptions to sign the Bogus are over, now players bought out will want to come here for the minimum.

    One of my favs as well. Nene is a a no-brainer investment that Blue Horseshoe approves! Blue Horseshoe only invests in winners!

    This is really great news, his presence in the locker room extremely important not to mention he played like a true veteran in the playoffs, he was the reason we won game 4 against okc (12-12 FG)

    Glad they were able to get Nene back. Really good influence for Capela and provided quality minutes last year.

    I talked with the Big Fella today. He's cool. I'm not using the word happy, but he's relieved. The frustration comes from an error/lack of research occurring in the first place. There are people who are supposed to go through the intricacies of contracts with a lens of precision. Ne has been super loyal, invested and all about the Rockets. He is very type A and takes his business both on and off the court incredibly seriously. Also, the "age" part of this ordeal was a bit surprising for his knowledge of negotiations, so again, he *expects* someone to relay that information or address it before an issue takes place.

    It's the principle of professionalism, and regardless of whether or not you like him as a player or person, he has been a TRUE professional during his time in Houston.

    I'm glad my friend is back in red, and I'm equally grateful that he's happy and financially secure.


    I've mentioned this before but Ne's family life isn't the best right now. I'm not going to go into too much detail, but basketball is his sanctuary right now, and this contract "debacle" was a threat to his peace. He adores his children, the game, and just so you know (again), he is very appreciative of the fans.

    He'll talk about his "tired legs" and not having the popularity of other guys, but he always says that when he comes across fans in Houston, they're always great to him. In Washington, not so much.

    Anyway...another boring post from yours truly.

    Also: shoutout to @BimaThug for his message to me earlier. He's a cap/financial genius...Explained his perspective while I heard the emotions from my friend and his friends.

    LeoBar was talking some craziness about MDA lol...misplaced NBA rage haha
