    LOL Have you been watching Rockets play? Ariza cant shoot yet is still an upgrade of Parsons. All the players that we fans thought were pure garbage are miraculously playing pretty well for the Rockets. You should give Morey a little more credit.

    Did you see the poll asking if rondo or pbev?

    And you don't have an idea how morey upped the price for rondo

    Too many people think this is NBA2K. Ask the Kobe-Shaq-Karl Malone-Gary Payton Lakers squad what it's like to have great starters and no bench.

    while i wanted Rondo and it hurts to have him go to Dallas it will all be okay if we can get Dragic.

    Rondo would have been great imo but he was not the only guy available that could really help us, i have faith in Morey to make a good move before the deadline.

    I ain't mad, we could've offered a better package to get him. At the end Morey decided not to pursue him. I would not be surprised if Morey was just there trying to raise the price to screw the Mavs. Rondo is just not a good fit, let MR MVP continue to handle the Rock for us and take us to the promise land.

    Lol. That's very similar to people calling Miami garbage last year because they lost to the Spurs in the Finals.

    let them have their fun.

    they are one less distraction in our pursuit of the dragon.

    on paper, they're contenders, but imo, the biggest pretenders of them all

    cuban goes to these sloan sports conferences for no reason apparently if wright's metrics are better than rondo's

    when it comes to the Mavs, we know what we're going to be facing for the next 3 years.

    Parsons, Ellis, Rondo, Dirk.

    when it comes to Houston, still have cap space, draft picks, assets, still have ability to raise our ceiling while Mavs have basically gone all in on this core to get them a ring. and i don't think it will

    I think Rocket fans are hungry. We know this team is great, but between the media and the talking heads we doubt it at times. The allure of the Rondo deal is the same allure of signing Bosh: it nets us respect. Does Rondo = Ring? I'm not so quick to say that, but it does change what others think/feel/say about us. No more Klay Thompson is better than Harden talk, no more Dwight is mentally weak talk, just pure does this team live up to expectations or not talk. That in itself is nice. Then again, the Rockets always play better with a chip on their shoulders. Dallas made a good move, but don't be so quick to hand them the trophy. Also, as always, don't count the Rockets out and dead either.
