lol, we could use the hack - a - Rondo trick if the ever start the hack - a - Dwight crap. Sorry, I just don't see how a point guard who sucks at offense and shoots less than 40% on free throws would help us when we have Harden as our primary playmaker. Cuban can have him.

Trade kicker, yes, but he doesn't have any veto rights. That was only if Houston matched the contract.

I tend to agree with this. Rondo has been so up and down this year it's tough to know where he's at mentally and physically. I'm not convinced he can be the old Rondo consistently. Still, depending on what you'd have to give up, do you roll the dice?

That's exactly what I thought when I saw this. Ainge is too smart to just hand Rondo over. We all know that Ainge asks for the moon in trades. This could get very interesting. I'm not 100% sold on Rondo with the Rockets, but I won't be happy if Cuban lands him without giving up anything significant. Rondo seems like a perfect fit for Dallas to me.

I don't think Parsons has veto rights.

    Yup.
First think to cross my mind.

I suppose if I am Morey I immediately wonder what does Dallas really have to offer?

Boston leaks like a sieve, but I trust Morey not to fall prey to that stuff. He hasn't before.

Wright is ****ing good now (though obviously not even close to Rondo), I'd love to have him in Houston, he's the Ideal backup for Dwight IMO.

Parsons is massively overpaid at 15m.

Boston dont want to pay him 17m!!!

Trade kicker means Pubes is stuck with him

There is a huge chance that pick and another $12 million will be more successful than parsons.

Good fit for mavs bad fit for us. Would make the conference that much tougher. Please Morey don't trade for rondo.

Mavs need a distributor. Harden is our distributor.

Injury prone, not a good three point shooter, keeps the ball out of Harden's hands and needs to the ball to be effective. Pass. Let the Mavs take him.

    Thanks for the correction.

If Dallas wants Rondo, they can have him. They don't have all the future assets the Rockets do, so they will have to sacrifice depth and talent to make it happen.

That's true but he also does a poor job of involving his teammates unlike harden.
