I bet Boston is asking for Harris too.

Has there been any mention of what possibly would be our offer for Rondo?

Congrats Celtics. Y'all surely will get a great player in the 27 range.

I think his point was that with Wright gone, when (not if) Tyson Chandler goes down the Mavericks are F'ed six ways til Sunday. Sure Rondo would be a great fit for the Mavericks but it's not like they're getting crap play from Devin Harris and Jameer Nelson either. Tack on Crowder to this trade and you effectively made Charlie Villanueva a key piece of your rotation. Charlie. Villanueva.

Well they drafted Rondo with the 21st pick so it's not too absurd to think that.

ohh i understood his point, but to say that a team that's not good defensively anyway would be worse with that trade is what i questioned. Rondo would control and settle that offense; he puts so much pressure on opposing defenses by his ball control in the paint. Dallas would be a lil more dangerous with him on that team. I know we are speaking hypothetically, but so is the idea of Tyson Chandler going down. You have a allstar PG for two bench players and draft pick....how do Dallas lose that trade

I believe in you Morey. Please don't make a Rondo sized mistake.

We still haven't learned....we keep doubting Morey and what he believes is best for this team. If he says Rondo is a good fit, then I follow because he's EARNED the benefit of the doubt at least with me lol

adding rondo to their current starting 4 now in no way makes them worse.

Hmm, would be nice to have Lin's matching salary and the draft pick we gave up to dump him right about now.

Understood. I don't think Dallas loses in that trade either.

At what expense though. I am NOT giving up Beverley. I'm more worried about Dallas getting Jeff Green

at the time morey claimed that that denied rockets-lakers-no deal set back the franchise several years. we now knowif it had gone through morey would've been the one setting back the rockets several years.

Wright is one of those guys that seems to play really well against us. I'm all for moving him.

Terry+Garcia's salary is 6.76 mil so that will take care of most of the salary needed for the trade.

I'd be much more concerned about dragic to Dallas.
