If you're giving up a 1st rounder it usually has to be attached to a mid-sized contract. Outside of Capela, the Rockets don't have any, so this doesn't really go us much good.

I like Isaac as well but this package is not going to do it for a 2017 6th overall pick. He's just too young and too talented (plus cheap as you mentioned) to be let go for peanuts.
