I have no respect for the dude...

From flipping out after screwing a p*rn star, to impregnating a cheerleader, to lying to his coach, to trying to get the NBA logo changed to a cross ... Dude is a loser..

He has not worked on his game at all, is useless in the crunch time of a game, was absolutely owned by Yao...

He thinks he can get more guaranteed money AND pick his team..

He isnt turning down guaranteed money... Where he is traded to is where he ends up..

So what's changed since Houston was looking to trade for DHo?

DHo is considering a lawsuit against Orlando. Yeah, no re-signing.

DWill says he's done waiting for DHo. Yeah, no attracting DWill with DHo.

Dragic says he wants $10 mil for starters. No cheap replacement for Lowry.

Sorry, Orlando, your window of getting a big haul for DHo is closed.

Looks like he will get his wish and be traded to the NETS. Brooks Lopez and what else will the Magic get if this deal goes done?

Screw Dwight. He's not worth the trouble. He wouldn't stay for the long term anyway.

Magic won't trade him to the Nets just because that's what he wants.

Question: those of you who were willing to move the Rockets 2012 1st round draft picks in a Howard trade, are you still willing to do that? Or, now that the Rockets have drafted players, Lamb, White, Jones, are you less likely to move them?

I am really getting to a point where DH's talent is not worth is immaturity. You can't sign a contract our re up and then try to get out of it.

For a guy who is first team all NBA every season and finishes among top 3 in defensive player of the year award voting? Yeah there is nothing on this roster, including those 3, that I would not trade to acquire him.

I was pondering this as well. Brooklyn was the biggest turnoff to most teams. If Dewey can no longer go there, teams might be more willing to take a chance on him.

Just offer Kevin Martin and Luis Scola. No draft picks, no young talent. Orlando can take it or leave it. Or lose Howard for nothing.

Bynum is very much on the table. The only way a team can get him is if the Lakers get a top 10 player in return or at least 2 perennial stars. No "package" of potential stars or role players will suffice

I'd drive the three of them to the airport.

I am to the point of hating Dwight Howard now. Its a pipe dream. He wants to e somewhere else. There is nothing we can do about it much like the Magic are finding out. They are doing as much as they can too. I see getting him as the same thing happening to us for one whole year. The guy has mental problems he wants to leave so bad and go to his own destination. His mind will not change.

Not actually, they'd rid themselves of $20 million and have free cap space. Remember, they are trying to get out of salary cap jail. Jason Richardson, Big Baby, Hedo Turkoglu, and Quentin Richardson.

If Lowry, Martin and Scola would get it done I'd do it in a hearbeat.

Dwight Howard is in store for a huge awakening if he gets traded to New York or LA. In Orlando he gets a pass when he fails to bring home a title they are just happy to get there. In NY or LA when he fails to win big he will catch more flak than Lebron every did for not bring home the prize.

    Not I.

The situation has changed dramatically since those days. Orlando has very little leverage now. They now have virtually no chance to re-sign Howard, and the window to convince Williams to join him (and therefore retaining Howard beyond the 1-year rental) is closed.

If I thought there was even a 20-30% chance Howard would re-sign in Houston, then I might think about it, but there wasn't anymore, so it would be a definite "no." Yes, he's almost a guaranteed All-Star (back), but he is also almost a guaranteed 1-year rental now.

Plus, I was worried that Morey would go full r****d and draft for need. He didn't. He drafted for All-Star potential, so the value of the three picks have gone way up post-draft in my book. There is no way trading three potential All-Stars for a virtually guaranteed 1-year rental.
