Lin is not an answer. Knicks are going to match the offer. That is a foregone conclusion. Only way to get Lin is through a S&T and that means we'll have to take out some of NY's trash. That's a no-go. We need to re-sign Dragic and trade Lowry.

We already have Lowry singed. Let me say that again, WE DON'T NEED A POINT GUARD.

We've already got Smith signed to a minimum contract. So you can say it again, WE DON"T NEED A CENTER.

That's not what this is about. We need Lowry in a trade to get back a dominant player. And we need Dragic because Dragic is better than Lowry and will be better going forward.

I hope that if we do get Howard that we are able to keep our Rookies especially Lamb and White.

Lamb looks like he could end up being better than Martin, especially defensively and when he attacks the basket he dunks, not layups, dunks the ball! He had a Mcgrady on Shawn Bradley type dunk on a guy that was jaw dropping! I want to see more of that on the Rockets again.

I agree with another poster who wrote that Royce White looks like he could have a very similiar game to Dennis Rodman. I was watching videos of White as soon as we drafted him and he had a very similiar running pattern, style of play, and attitude as Rodman (minus the completely insane part, which wouldn't be all that bad as long as he is productive).

Terrence Jones I am not so certain about but I am interested to see what he brings to the game. He looks like he could bring a lot of energy and defense to the frontline. If we had to move him I would hope it would be in a package for Josh Smith otherwise, I'd like him to stick around.

I would also like to see what happens with Patterson this next year and if Morris has been working on his game but you have to give to get so I would rather see Patterson and Morris walk if we had to lose a few young guys.

My guess is that Orlando probably wants Parsons in the deal and Morey is saying no. Orlando is probably being pretty dogged about that demand to see if we will give in but I don't think Morey will.

I hope our final offer and the final trade comes down to:

    Houston Trades:
    - Lowry
    - Martin
    - Scola
    - Patterson
    - Morris

    Orlando Trades:
    - Howard
    - Richardson (Amnesty? Is that an option?)

    Resign: Dragic and Camby

    Cut: Brockman

Bulls match the deal for Asik.

    2012 - 2013 Roster:

    P.G. - Goran Dragic (6-3) _________ Shaun Livingston (6-7)
    S.G. - Courtney Lee (6-5)_________ Jeremey Lamb (6-5)
    S.F. - Chandler Parsons (6-9)______ Royce White (6-8)
    P.F. - Donatas Motiejunas (7-0)____ Terrence Jones (6-9)______ Jon Leuer (6-11)
    ..C. - Dwight Howard (6-10)_______ Marcus Camby (6-11)

One thing just got figured out. Deron Williams just signed a 5year 100 million dollar contract with the Nets. According to 610 radio.

how do we get dragic back though? we offered him ten mill and they didn't even consider it. I thought we had something special on the rockets, and now he doesn't even want to come back for some reason. I don't get why he would sign with suns over us. they offered him the same amount we did.

Going to have to disagree with us offering him 10 million a year. I think it was roughly around 7-8 million/yearly. Thing is though, he expects to be a starter wherever he signs and obviously we can't have both Lowry and Dragic playing while getting paid what they would be paid. Lowry will refuse to come off the bench I'm sure.

Pretty positive Dragic will make his decision once he either gets fed up with our PG position or he gets overpaid. Either way I don't think it's likely we get Dragic back unless we somehow ship out Lowry. Neither player wants to sacrifice playing time at this time in their career. Which is understandable.

A JLin/Howard pick & roll will be the most marketable pick & roll in the entire league. Those 2 on the court together would be very exciting.

I'm making that roster in 2k.
