    Mauri is primarily responsible for hiring coaches as well as player transactions. He is the GM for a reason.

    To me this reeks of Mauri consulting with Harden about a number of the coaches and ultimately deciding to go for another lackey, puppet coach who will not hold Harden accountable on defense.

    JVG will hold Harden accountable on defense, Harden NO like

    Pringles will play no defense so Harden and rest of the team can easily point fingers to the coach saying this system has a history of porous D

    The whole situation sucks.
