Why the hell do you think? Chandler has been in the NBA since he was 18 years old......... do you have any idea of how many women he has slept with? It has to be in triple digits. The guys on the road do a lot of stuff they shouldn't do.

    He is guilty as hell.

LOL No, leave his mother out of it......... he already has his girlfriend angry.

More like the NBA knows something fishy happened but they don't have enough evidence to say with certainty who did what.

a 2 game suspension, the two biggest games of the year, based off circumstantial evidence that has been denied is about as rigged as it gets. Might be out on the NBA after this if House ends up being innocent.

The whole team should go into quarantine. Wait for results to come back negative.

How can you dish out a suspension in the biggest games of the entire season when you "don't have enough evidence to say with certainty" what happened? That is the very definition of unfair. It would never in a million years happen to a glamour franchise like the Lakers/Warriors/Celtics/etc.

But hey...I get it. We're playing Lebron and the Lakers. Gotta do what you gotta do if you're Adam Silver.

    Elaborating...

That puts the league in a bind. They know someone did something and somebody should be punished and possibly quarantined for breaking the rules. They also know that the Players Association is not going to let them get away with acting on such limited information. Hence the saga.

What bugs me the most about all this is that Rockets players (I don't even care who it was) were behaving like frat boys during the playoffs. Fine, you don't have to be in your room watching game tape 100% of the time, but whoever took part in this absolutely knew that if they were caught it could result in missed games, scandal, etc. They knew they were risking a huge team distraction and chose to do it anyway because they don't have enough self-f%$king-control to say, "Bad idea. Let's NOT do that."

Maybe...my guess is that Shams is getting most of his info from a pro-Rocket source at this point because that article doesn't make much sense otherwise.

My guess is that the door that was opened and closed mentioned in the article is likely the door to House's room...based on the info provided, there would be no other reason for House to be put into quarantine otherwise. Maybe someone else was using the room, but then where was House during that timeframe...since she was in the room all night apparently.

My guess is that the NBA is just determining whether he should sit out for 4 or 10 games...based on what they've done so far...and the fact that many around the league believe this is a wide-spread issue...he's going to get 10...which means he's done for this series. If they can somehow pull through...he'll be back for Game 1 or 2 of the WCF.

I do doubt that House is the only one, but the NBA figures he's low enough on the totem-pole to sacrifice at this point. The fact that it hurts the Rockets and helps the Lakers may also be in play, but I have a feeling that it's more likely they want to send a strong message to everyone else that they don't want this happening anymore. Last thing they want to do is to have to suspend a Kawhi or Tatum in the next round or Finals or have the virus spread out of control right before the Finals. NBA needs the money and they aren't going to let things get in the way.

As for House...dude's only chance to get back in the saving grace of the Rockets is for the Rockets to pull through and then he play out of his mind the next round or two. Otherwise, I'd be surprised if he's still here next season.

They must have pretty strong circumstantial evidence.

The problem I have is that if the Rockets players were around House after this happened, the playoff series should be on hold until next Thursday. The league supposedly already is making the Rockets quarantine together.

Also, what part does the league play in this? This skank got through two check points.

Under the rules, other than quarantine what punishment can House get? What did Lou Williams get? If they want House to be out 10 days for quarantine, to be careful.... then the Lakers and Rockets shouldn't play for an entire week.

The NBA did a good job setting up their bubble, but they KNOW their players... now multiple players have violated the rules in the bubble and it wasn't discovered until after the fact. The league knows these guys have frequent sex with multiple partners, so why isn't there increased security?

Man, if Tyson Chandler had anything to do with something sketchy, it'll be so damn disappointing.

The entire reason he's on the team is to be the opposite of that. Veteran leadership from someone his age is NOT an on-court thing.

If the NBA was worried, to where they quarantined the Rockets on Tuesday, but then PLAYED A GAME THAT NIGHT VS LAKERS then they shouldn't be worried about House. Don't get it. Like Nook said, why not postpone the game for a week etc
