James Harden takes 22.3 shots a game to average 34.3 points

Russ takes 22.5 shots a game to average 27.2 points

lol, if that doesn’t highlight the massive difference between the 2, Idk what does

but still, Harden takes a backseat for 3 whole months, and despite Westbrook’s usage and shot attempts being as high as it was, we’ve had Russ stans on here saying that the ball should’ve been in Westbrook’s hands more o_O

People are acting as if we are still going under D'Antoni and Morey's game plan...................We will be different

I’d put Howard on him too, Dwight came here because he wanted to play with James Harden. This is a guy who was still in his prime, yes he had issues and was coming off of a major injury also but he was pretty damn good the first two years here. People tend to forget his monster playoff performance against Portland. He and Josh Smith, not James Harden, were part of the great comeback against the Clippers.

Yes, Dwight sucked in year 3, but so did the whole team. At that point you could tell the chemistry was no longer there and players just wanted to be out. Dwight wanted to move on from the toxic atmosphere and the Rockets franchise wanted to move on from him also.

So what was Dwight’s excuse the year before in LA and his next several stops after leaving Houston?

With any luck there's a chance that Wall can be our next Ty Lawson

I mean sure.... but the question is, will Harden be different? Under MDA we quickly went from PNR to ISO. How much of that is on Harden/Morey/MDA, I dont know. However, it concerns me but I'll gladly eat crow if Harden changes it up.

He certainly had to during the series against OKC. How could he not? CP3 was a load. I couldn't help but think about Chris Paul playing for us during the Lakers series. Calling it frustrating is a hell of an understatement.

It didn't make sense for Boston since they would lose key pieces and could potentially have chemistry issues, they are close, no sense in blowing it up. Boston has some of the best role players in the NBA in Smart/Brown, etc, losing guys like that would be extremely risky.

I don't disagree with you. If Harden wants out by the trading deadline, I'll take a healthier Ben for him as a last resort.

I dont think they would have to give up smart too. Brown filler and picks should be enough for a player in his 30s.

If we could get harden without smart I’d be shocked but I’d be all over that
