James: "Why don't we solve this by ensuring I never give up the ball?" Doc: "Let me try this again. Um..."
Kelly Iko: I know that Nick Nurse was in Houston maybe a week and a half ago and met with Danuel House and James Harden. So the Head Coach Nick Nurse had to hop on a plane, to travel to Houston to speak to Harden or even convince him to stay with Philly. I would think Morey would asked him to come back to Philly to visit the coach? Wow! He is showing no respect to Philly….Guys he is coming to Houston! How? Lakers have no money
Doc should have learned from MDA and told people, "We intentionally asked Harden to stay away from the play when he didn't have the ball so that we could play 4 on 4."
Then teams caught on cause they’re not stupid and it became 4-5 cause Harden still refused to move his bum ass. Can’t win with him playing ISO ball and can’t win playing 4-5 on offense when he doesn’t have the ball and on defense it’s 4-5 as well cause he definitely ain’t moving there.
I changed my mind about Harden, this guy just want to play Hero Ball while his teammates just stand around….no defense! I vote No to Harden and Yes to draft Amen!
Nobody wants D’Angelo Russell. Lakers tried to filter the Russell for Kylie Irving and the Maverick shut that down…everybody remember what he did in the playoffs
I’d rather take our medicine and give OKC a top ten pick than give Harden anything longer than 2 years
Harden at this point is just a bully, someone who wants to do it his way and cannot tolerate anyone who does things differently.......lmao. Not considering that he is getting older and older.
https://sports.yahoo.com/bradley-be...aft-free-agency-on-the-horizon-151801680.html Philadelphia has made it clear the Sixers are focused on re-signing Harden, who has until June 29 to decline a $35 million player option for next year. Similar to last summer, it appears that Philadelphia would prefer to sign Harden to a shorter-term agreement, one that still provides a lucrative payday for the 10-time All-Star but doesn’t present the Sixers with the possible predicament that Washington currently faces with Beal’s long-term salary. Harden’s other potential free-agent outcome still stands to be rejoining the Rockets, although it’s hard to trace a straight line through all the forecasts of Houston’s offseason plans. There is one common denominator among the Rockets’ long list of summer goals: spend money, acquire talent and compete for the postseason under the guidelines from owner Tilman Fertitta. Rumored free-agent targets such as Lopez, Dillon Brooks and a long list of wings would seemingly slot well next to Harden. And yet, if the 34-year-old were to return to the franchise where he became an MVP, that would come after the Rockets pick at No. 4 in the draft, where Houston is said to be targeting a point guard, leading many rival teams to project the Rockets selecting Overtime Elite playmaker Amen Thompson.
Imagine wanting this guy back. he clearly has all the control in philly. will blame anyone except himself. stay in philly james.
Well, any smart GM wouldn't want to sign him with a big deal for longer than 2 years. Only some Rockets fans think that giving Harden a 4-year max is a good idea.
The role James Harden had in Kevin McHale’s dismissal: “Harden was so passionate about Kevin McHale being dismissed that he made it clear that a future with both of them in Houston was simply not possible.” The role James Harden had in Chris Paul’s exit: “Harden was so passionate about Chris Paul being traded that he made it clear that a future with both of them in Houston was simply not possible.” The role James Harden had in Doc Rivers dismissal: “Harden was so passionate about Doc Rivers being dismissed that he made it clear that a future with both of them in Philadelphia was simply not possible.” Beware Ime Udoka, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith, Alperen Sengun,…you could be next.
You just need to be semi close to the Nets and it wont sting bad. What move down 5-8 spots? Big deal Don't screw things up 3-4 years from now because of fear of moving down in the draft a bit.
His mom is sick, why wouldn't he be with her in the summer at HOU. Nurse flying there is whatever. I'm not pro or con on Harden... let's see how this thing play out.
