Exactly. Nowhere was mentioned that Harden requested WB to be dealt to Wall. I bet the front office told him, and he just said okay whatever. He knows there's no market for WB.

depends what happens in the time frame before he gets traded and how he actually goes out. If it's full of drama and messy, you could definitely anticipate plenty of boos

Of those teams, IMO, it's Brooklyn that can and will make the best offer. Unless GSW gets involved. I guess you can still move him to Philly but Fertitta would have to get over it and you'd probably want to involve a 3rd team to take Simmons.

 

Well there is the issue. The Rockets want to hold on to Harden as long as possible to try and change his mind and stay. Harden on the other hand wants as much time as possible with his new team and doesn't want to show up to work where he doesn't want to be.

Unless a trade happens fairly quickly, it will turn nasty.

 

This, lol... It's hilarious people even bring up tmac/Francis other than them playing for the Rockets... That's where the conversation ends - there's no way Tracy/Steve are even close to what Harden has put in - I mean I'd look at other Rocket greats that have their number retired here in comparison to what Harden has done - obviously hakeem is #1 but after that I can see valid arguments for harden being 2nd.

Regardless of what happens, Harden should probably be retired a Rocket on his stats for the franchise alone... Assuming tilman is gone or a mended relationship.
