Uh bad players don't consistently average 18 ppg in deep playoff runs as well as be a plus defender.

He would automatically go into any playoff teams top 8.

There is no way you need to bundle a pick with him, he does not make that much.

 

How is averaging 18 ppg while shutting down guys like D Mitchell been mostly terrible or forgettable?

 

I think I read somewhere that there are not many sellers in the market in the NBA, most teams are trying to improve. So a team like Houston will be at an advantage hopefully.

I think he sometimes try to do too much but always plays hard so I can overlook everything else.

I think Ego downfall was playing with harden (ironically). I recalled before them pairing up, Ego was a hot commodity. Problem playing with harden is that guy was so good that Ego talent/skill just went to sht. U don't really have to polish your game or anything if harden's gravity gives u wide open ass shot. Now that harden is gone, man gotta polish his skills again.

Exactly, I don’t get the hate for Gordon, he’s had a good career. He’s just better fitted for a non rebuilding team. Hopefully we’ll get another draft pick out of the deal.

 

At least there was an outside chance, and the product was entertaining.

Now we're pretty much guaranteed not to have a title for at least 5 years, and in the meantime watching this team is painful.
