Honestly it's just one crab (Cuban) trying to keep another one from climbing out of the fish tank. I don't think the rest of the country knows nor cares about our rivalry. I mean, who the hell is Chandler Parsons, right Stephen A? The one-liner for this story is that Dallas has chosen to smite itself so that it could make Houston marginally worse, and now they are going to sink like the Titanic except no one will give a damn.
I think you're underestimating the rivalry and what the general ball fan thinks. I'm from australia and granted a houston fan, but the Texas rivalry is definitely known about. It's nice to see its heating up again!

He never has, and never will. The Mavs have more overall talent than us, but solid team basketball from us can hurt them. There is no reason for us, to fear them. Go Houston Rockets!
Texas triplet are pretty good franchises The other twos had more success in recent history but the Rockets has always been a good franchise or at least above average mostly Cuban will always be that a-hole because he wants success that bad and Morey stands in his way. I would not mind him if he were not the Mavs owner a franchise hated
They probably have more talent outside of Harden and Howard. Those two alone have more talent than their starting five.
They have made it out of the 1st round like once in the past 16 years. The rockets have a been a mediocre franchise for while. Rockets have largely been irrelevant. Morey needs to just shut up and get us deep into the playoffs.
