I agree with this. I don't doubt we get Melo. I'm just getting myself to hyped up sitting next to my roommates who are mavs and spurs fan and I'm gonna start cussing people out when I get the text

And fantasy teaches reality? Like should I live my life by the lessons of Tyrion Lannister?

"We're excited to acquire Iman. Iman is someone we've coveted for a long time. To get a player of his caliber for so little is rare. Good veteran, good defender, good shooter. He has NBA Finals experience. He's been in biggest games & knows what it takes. We're obviously looking to get there. Mike is familiar with him from his time New York. He'll find a way to use him. We're just excited to have him."

the rockets were third in the west last year and a few teams got better as well as the rockets on paper.

Have a tiny bit of faith. Don't put everything into it. Realize the Knicks don't actually have a GM yet and that wiser heads will prevail soon.

Why does no one like idea of ZBO to the rockets thinks he's a hell of a player that would fit extremely well the rockets curious how much he's asking for my bet he signs with a contender so why not the rockets?!?

I agree, probably Paul. Main point was that the comparator should be CP vs LBJ, not Kyrie

ZBO comes off the bench he's not a starter but great 6th man caliber same thing with Anderson he's not winning sprints to get down the court this isn't the Suns 7 second or less team! Besides isn't cp3 a half court kinda guy?!? Can't be a one trick pony and try to out score everyone

I think it is important to know what Shumpert's role would be. If he is our 12th man, and we get him for free that is pretty good. He has experience, plays some D, and can hit the occasional 3. For a deep bench player. what do you expect.

    Championship experience
    Savy Vet
    Wing Defender depth.
    21 Million for 2 years.
Next year could easily be used as filler for trades.

Shut up people. We just got a little better.

God i cant stand clutchfans and Rockets twitters sometimes. Pure emotions, and no objectivity.

That's an idea I haven't considered, but now that you say it, I like it. ZBo off the bench could completely change our style of play and style change confuses defenses. He doesn't have to be ZBo of old who plays countless minutes, but he would most definitely put his mark on this team if he signed here. Good call.

TBA? As in 'to be attached' to a prospective 3-way deal? Or - - Chauncey gotta chime in?
