    I got excited about Blake and Milsap coming to Houston because of Codman's "ears". I'm not falling for it again! My heart can't take anymore letdowns.

    We have given NY our best offers and no one in the league wants Ryno. We've tried and failed to trade for him, and if Melo is bought out he is LeBron-bound especially with the red carpet he'd have to the finals now that all the talent is in the West.

    I thought rolling into FA with CP3 was supposed to net us a third star. Got my hopes way too high with all the rumors. HOPE I'm wrong but I don't see it.

    Just how illegal would it be for us to convince Melo to prefer us over Cavs, and then convincing the Knicks to stretch him by agreeing to Anderson straight up for Noah. Then we use a 2nd rounder and NG contracts to convince Toronto to SnT Tucker. Then we sign Melo with MLE.

    Would be great situation for us. Don't know what the actual rules are, but feel like it would be extremely illegal.

    No I'm genuinely curious now. After harden gets his contract reworked after we make all our moves. we will be giving $80mil to just cp3 and him. Add Carmelo's probable contract, EG, and all the rest of the players. We will be WAY over the cap. So please enlighten me how lebron would sign for anything besides a veteran minimum.

    Patience. NY have 0 incentive to buy him out before the trade deadline. That gives us months to keep pushing the Knicks and to possibly find a taker for Anderson.
