In college, you see flashes of brilliance from young players
I don't expect kids to produce night in and night out

I do watch the wnba on NBC to get my basketball fix
it's not good basketball, you can watch an entire game without anything exciting happening... and yes I root for the Comets

    Cooper was worth watching
    Lisa Leslie is too

    that's about it

Re: Passing, WNBA teams have a very short preseason to get teammates aclimated to one another. During the offseason most players are playing in Europe or Brazil so they can't work on stuff then either. That is why teams like LA and Houston whose major players have been in the league all 6 years are good at passing the ball to one another.

Give the league some time to grow SCF. It will get better.
I'm sure the NBA had similar growing pains in its first 6 years.

Yeah well Allen Iverson led the NBA in scoring with a blistering 39% shooting.

Katie Smith averaged 23 points a game last season without a single dunk to her name.

Chamique is averaging 20.6 ppg. She just missed too many games (11) to qualify for the leaderboard. They still list her as #1 on rebounding though, which I don't really understand.

Aren't the minimums not typically games played, but rather total rebounds. I think that is how they do it in the NBA.
