misleading title. Wizards PLUS Verizon Center sold for $550M. Huge difference. The Verizon Center has all kinds of revenue associated with it, and real estate is crazy expensive in DC (more expensive there than where Nationals Park was built). Plus the Verizon Center is the home of the Capitals (NHL), which Leonsis also owns, so that's pretty huge for him. He's been an awesome owner for the Capitals. As long as adding all this doesn't take away his attention from any of them, I think it's great for all parties

Yeah I was gonna say... I read somewhere that someone wanted to buy the Rockets but the price was $550M. I thought it was strange that the Rockets and the Wizards were the same value, heh
