    Very sad news. He was the NBA's longest tenured owner.

    I don't know how rare it is for an owner, but people working for him and including his players have consistently beamed about how great a guy he is. He did a lot for the city of DC and local charities. Antawn Jamison was really holding back tears in his immediate post win on-court interview talking about how Abe is in heaven watching and that he would have wanted the Wizards to go out and play hard.

    Arenas nearly blew that game with poor shot selection down the stretch and an untimely 6th turnover with about 27 seconds to play.

    Lou Williams came that close to putting a dagger through D.C.
