LOL, that is what I was thinking.

Do the Wizards even make money? I don't know the answer, but with Jordan leaving and Wizard's jersey sales going to ZERO, how much does 2% ownership matter?

that's why he won't... it's all leverage but everyone here's a rumor and starts to worry over nothing, it's a negotiating ploy to get more money. Van Gundy seems like a smart guy he knows what he wants and it's not washington.

Anyone who decides to work for Abe is simply a F00L.

Look at what he did for to MJ who had ownership too. All he did for the franchise during his short stinct.

2% Wizards ownership? So what is that worth? Zilch!!! Abe Pollin can definitely take that away too just like he did to MJ.

Why is he even considering this? What's he going to buy 2000 Hondas?

MJ was given 10% ownership and Jeff would only get 2%.

Offer VG a good salary plus a bonus if the ROCKETS win a precentage of ownership 5% if he wins the NBA finals only! Lose in the finals you get nothing. That is the way it should be.

yeah thats not a good sign. I always felt if he gets on that plane without agreeing to be the Rockets coach, he aint coming back.

who knows, Van Gundy was the front runner for cleveland. Supposedly he had agreed to be their coach then backed out. He just can't make up his mind... i think he loves the attention, what was hilarious was when Lebron James told TNT what a great coach Larry Brown would be even though they mentioned Van Gundy was watching. Time will tell, nothing is concrete yet

Ownership is huge. Look at what sports franchises sell for these days. JVG is gonna have to take a pay cut to come to Houston.
