he was a cancer to our team, we didn't have a play maker, he tried to be the play maker. he's did well in la and will do well in no because he plays well off of other people. he could have done better in hou if we wouldnt have tried to force so much.
Funny how a bad start has every one on Ariza's d***. Just last season you guys had pitchforks and lanterns ready to run him out of town. I think we gave up on him to soon, but time will tell, I have a good feeling about Courtney Lee. I think we win vs. New Orleans, but that Ariza will drop 24 Pts or more against us.
again people, last year we should have done battier for fernandez and kept ariza we would have been even younger than we are now. brooks/lowry martin/fernandez ariza/budinger scola/hayes yao/miller/dampier the problem now is, battier cant get any better, ariza still had a chance to get even better, we never gave him a chance to play with a true center like yao or miller and now dampier. plus he obviously wouldnt be the 1st and 2nd scoring option, not even the 3rd. smh morey. this trade could have had us at 3-0 right now, tell me one reason why we wouldnt be 3-0 right now. ariza's defense is only going to get better.
Have you all checked New Orleans Hornets Roster?? There is Pops Mensah Bonsu, and he is the reason why Hornets are undefeated!! Morey screwed everything by cutting him!! NOOOO!!!! Bring POPS backkk!!
Trevor Ariza could be a good player in a system where you have a good point guard like Chris Paul or Kobe Bryant/Derek Fisher. When you are playing in a Rocket offense, anybody could be a liability on any night. And when Ariza is bombing three pointers left and right, you know he is gonna be inefficient. Hell, he's shooting worse percentages in NOLA.
Wow ... really? Possibly a legit starter, but I fail to see how he's proven to drain clutch shots in big games.
He's a cancer because he tried to be a playmaker WHEN WE DIDN'T HAVE ONE? What a jerk! Who does he think he is, taking a role the coach asked him to take? In all seriousness, no kidding he does better when he plays well off other people. He proved that last year he put up very solid stats when he played off Kevin Martin.
Ariza is a solid role player. But KM isn't really a good playmaker. But before YM returns to his elite status, Rox ain't a contender and Ariza is overpriced for what he does.
Ariza's stats were a lot better with KM because Ariza could focus on defense, spot up 3's, and slashing. He no longer had to create his own shot.
So let me get this straight. According to somebody's logic, if you cannot cook but none of your family members can either, so they made you cook a meal. You botched the job, and then suddenly you are a cancer to your family and should be banished? Is that the logic? Is that how you reward people who took on responsibility when nobody else could?
Here's the gameplan. Force Ariza to the corner and he'll jack up a Kobe-esque fadeaway running out of bounds.
He's so Clutch  <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/S1l27UaVQX8?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/S1l27UaVQX8?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

ugh yah. he tried to be a playmaker and he was TERRIBLE at it = cancer. it's on the team for telling him he could continue to do that and its on him as a player for not realizing he couldn't do that.
so the player should just say, "I can't do it"? Then you'd call him a quitter. You really don't know what you're talking about.
