There was no bashing in that post
I was merely pointing out in this Tmac roast
That the playoffs, are not the same
And Mac needs to be, on top of his game

Clearly if a discussion brought up about whether or not mcgrady is a loser, he obviously is.

his 25 or 30 ppg in the playoffs mean nothing. His 10 assist per game mean nothing. Because coming money time, he doesnt perform. He is UNABLE to dominate the game, like kobe, lebron, mj whatever.
Sure he can score his 30 points and deliver 10 assists every game, yet its always within the flaw of the game. When the game becomes intense, he is unable to deliver.

Im sure there are alot of teams that would fall bait and take mcgrady and willing to give us good stuff in return.

One more thing, the claims about yao isnt here cant be an excuse. Yao was here last year and we still lost to utah (at home yay).
Yao, like mcgrady doesnt DOMINATE the game. Yao can score his 20-30 points and take 15 rebounds yet it just falls within the "flow" of the game.

To see whether a player dominates the game is to see how the gameplay changes when he is on and off the court. Shaq (old shaq), Amare stoudemire, Mj, Kobe, Garnett, Wade, Oljauwon :p.

In houston when mcgrady is on the bench we perform better, since it means there are 5 people on defense instead of 4.

Replace Tracy with Kobe, Lebron, or anybody for that sake, and you are not going to get better results with this team. I think that you must have forgotten that we are missing an all-star center in our lineup. What was Kobe's record in the playoffs without an elite big man?

does anyone appreciate t-mac at all? if he fell victim to season ending injury instead of yao, rockets would be in the lottery guaranteed.

Everything starts with Tmac, if he gives up the rockets have no chance at winning.

Even with homecourt, the rockets will lose first round. Print it.

T-Mac is awesome and I love the guy when he is on fire and making shots. It's just that he usually has only about 2 good shooting games out of 10. All the rest his stats always read 3-17 or 4-21. It's getting very f#####g old real fast. I want a franchise player who we can depend on night in and night out. Im just so damned tired of his inconsistency. :(

SO Baron Davis have pass the 1st round, but them fail to win more than 2 games vs the same team that T-Mac lost in 7. So 1st round lost are really a problem?
Because Kobe, without Shaq have done nothing in the playoff and completely disappear in game 7 vs Phoenix. And one Year Dirk went to the finals the other could not beat an 8 seed. Why LAL, DAL and GS don't trade them, for I don't know, maybe Redd or a bunch of Role players, Hummm maybe we should trade T-Mac for Steve Francis, Mobley and Cato, they will definitely help us past the 1st round, because thats all we want a playoff series win, who care about a team to compete for a championship, no we want a playoff win.

You do realize that Yao and Tmac are almost the same age right (1 year). Maybe the "reason" that Yao has only 3 first round defeats is because he wasn't good enough to lead his damn team to the playoffs.

I'm sure thats better then making the playoffs and losing in the 1st round.

It amazes me that you could call Tmac a choker. I wouldn't put him in the "all time great" level, but he is MUCH MUCH MUCH better then 98% of the rest of the league when it comes to the clutch.

You do realize that Kevin Garnett (whom i don't think anybody would call a choker) took 8 tries to get out of the 1st round once.

I can't believe some of you will write off Tmac after this season if we don't advance. Last time i checked, we're still missing a top 2 center and the best low post scoring option in the league and we're going to be seriously undermanned in the playoffs.

Do you think Kobe could get out of the 1st round this year if Gasol or Odom get hurt?

Look i love L. Scola, Batman, Skip and the rest of the guys... admire them for all the heart they show... But if you think we're as talented as Utah or any of the other top teams in the West and i'd think i'd have to prescribe you some anti-pyschotics.

I'm not a hater or a non believer by any means but I look to next year as being the year that the Yao/Mac experiment bears its fruits. If we get out of the 1st round this year - :D ... Even if we lose and we play hard as a TEAM, i'll cheer them as a TEAM.

The way the nba is set up now, I don't think a team can win a ring with 3 guys that can play near a all star level. Why do u think after Boston got Allen, they chose to go get Garnett. Why u think the Spurs matched Denver offer for Manu? Why u think after Bynum went down, the Lakers got Gasol. I could go on and on.

I'm not got to say that Mcgrady doesn't deserve some blame, but I think this roster is improved, but its still very flawed. I think he does take to many 3's, but I also think that if he was a better ft shooter, he would go to the hole more. People also don't look at when he penetrates that he kicks or passes to ioen teammates. Do u really think teams go into games thinking of stopping scola, rafer, or battier?

I think he has flaws just like this team. That's why I've repeated this team isn't nearly as good as their record. The streak was historic, but that isn't any indication of how consistent this team can be. Tracy ca do better, but looking at his hand that he plays with and the depth of the west, why does anyone expect the rox to advance?

Kobe's roleplayers last year and this year aswell are awful.

Walton rarely gives a good game, vujacic keep missing alot of open shots, radmanovic plays like a clown and farmar is decent but still aint too good.

Only Odom was relatively decent player, and ofcourse the recent added gasol.

If you compare the roleplayers of kobe to those of mcgrady, mcgrady got tons better. Battier, Rafer, Scola, Landry, Brooks. Everyone in the team is giving the season of thier lives and yet mr superstar keeps his often crappy performances.

I dont need to tell ya that lebron roleplayers last year (where he beat detroit) was total garbage. Pablovic? gibson as a rookie? marshal? larry hughes who cant make a 5 foot jumpshot?

Last year it was all lebron, and a tiny bit of zidronas, but when the game came to money time, lebron saw nobody and took the ball to the rim (And got the calls obviously).

Tmac would obviously be too happy to throw a 35 footer and pray that it falls in.

Thats the difference, and thats why we are not going to pass the first round while this loser is here.

You obviously don't remember how they played this season with Yao and not McGrady. That was when the turnaround happened my friend.

Yea. We were like 9-8 without him, good for .500. Last time I saw the standings you need to be .600 to make the playoffs.
