They are good at finding fertile grounds in which to plant their seeds.

It really depends on what Durant thinks of Harden vs Westbrook and the future of the Rockets vs Thunder.

I keep saying this but not even Durant knows what he's going to do right now, much less Karolik...because if the Thunder win the title then why leave? If the Thunder get swept by the Warriors then why stay? If The Rockets get the 6th seed and make an impossible run to the Finals why blow up the team?

Are you Durant? It's possible that he'd just go there and collect rings but some of the things he's said in the past about wanting to be best likely means he's far too prideful to do that.

"Well, why then would he go join Harden? He already has his own team."

True, but Joining the Rockets would immediately become his team. It's more like when Lebron joined the Heat. Durant is the overall better player and it'd become his team the moment he signs.

I know where you are going with this, but it's funny how Harden doesn't apparently get credit for last season I suppose.

Two teams that are locked into their playoff spots and have veterans that will need rest.

actually no I didn't mean that at all. In fact harden isn't included in what i was saying. I've already seen harden is capable of making players around him better. That's not a question to me.

Aside from that it was directed more towards the likes of people thinking guys like cousins, love etc are "stars" in this league

Hopefully we remain the 9th seed.

    Rockets' trick-asses couldn't even avoid 40 losses.

Striking gold with Parsons does seem long ago, but maybe we score again.

Or maybe Morey flips the pick before the draft.

Right now, we're staring at SA or GS in the 1st round. What a wasted season.

Which sources were these? Not even Woj said it was certainty. He ASSUMED it could be a possibility.

None of these sources are Durant. Most sources didn't have Dwight coming to Houston and most sources didn't have Lebron going to Miami either.

I'm telling you, if Durant doesn't know what he's going to do then no one including Woj doesn't know. Even if he tells someone he's going to the Warriors his mind can change from now until then.

    Fair enough and agreed.

After Sunday it's almost guarenteed we'll be 2 games out (Dallas @ Minny, Houston vs OKC). If we lose Wednesday then its a wrap, which would be nice rather than any more false hope.

Woj indicated dwight was most probably going to Houston. He has also indicated that durant is probably going to the warriors if he leaves the thunder. I would be fine with a "We don't really know where durant is going view" but you are clearly implying the rockets are the frontrunner.

The 9th seed and possibly still not humble enough, riding with there same mistakes hoping that they were right after all despite being out of the playoffs at the moment.

Someone should've gotten Dwight to get back to his possible Caesar haircut and rid that goatee by now, and someone also should've have gotten through to Harden to not judge and instead support Howard despite the leagues perception of him before when they first got together as a team.

Also, someone should've gotten to Harden about Lil B, sad he never acknowledged him, now things are not looking so good at the moment.

No he did not. He did not even say probably.

    No decision.

Will be a recruit...nothing about the warriors. Just that the Warriors will make a pitch to him. That's all.

The infamous Durant to GSW is nothing but an assumption that Durant will be going to GSW because he's chasing championships. All it confirms is that Green will be recruiting Durant to the Warriors.

We're going to win 6 games in a row..... Sike.

Although if we did we still might grab the 6th spot because Memphis might not win 2 more games.

Ouch. The Rockets could wind up backing their way into the playoffs given those respective schedules. If we're gonna wind up in the lottery, the next 2 games(OKC and @Dal) are must losses. Utah needs to beat the Mavs at home. And the Spurs hopefully are resting and not trying at all in that season finale in Dallas. Maybe we get lucky and the Rockets lose that game in Minnesota. It will be on a B2B(albeit following an afternoon game the day before).
