    We have a 52.1 % chance of getting a top 4 pick. It's likely to be 3 or 4.

I mean we have the highest probability of getting the 5th pick over any other pick, but yes, it's a coin flip of the 5th pick vs any top 4.

Would anyone be mad if Stone traded the 5th pick and the Brooklyn pick to move back into the top 4?

depends but maybe a little bit . Moving from 5 to 4 and giving up 17 is a bit of a high price. Sengun was taken at 16 . Quantity over quality ? Idk . I don’t think I’d be maaaad , but it gives him less margin for error . You can still get a great player with the later pick .

Not at all. My endorsement of Sharpe is only due to our team situation and the lack of confidence in the other names on the list. Players that were drafted into the NBA directly out of high school have a decent track record, although I know that's not indicative of anything. Patrick Baldwin was one of the top prospects in high school and was awful this season. I'd rather roll the dice than draft someone I think projects as a role player.

Well, yes, but essentially zero chance any team would agree to such a trade. Brooklyn pick isn't valuable enough for any team to consider sacrificing a top 4 prospect in a 4 person draft.

I wouldn’t be, especially if it landed us Smith or Chet.

Thanks for letting us all know that it would be good for the rockets if they got the top 2 picks in the draft. Very insightful.

I would much rather us try to improve the 17th pick to a top 10 pick.

Well you are welcome - it is what it is......tell you what, I would even be ok with the 1 and the 3, or the 1 and the 4, right?

    Amirite, or amirite.

But thanks for the meaningless snark - really makes the board better....

Probably should just stick to your girly threads.

Are Otto Porter Jr, Michael Porter Jr, and Kevin Porter Jr the best brothers in the NBA today? I say yes

With the 5th pick, assuming the top 4 are gone, you pick Sharpe, and u have your franchise wing. Griffin has durability questions, mathurin is a poor defender, Duren is a huge project at #5. Davis is another shooting guard we don’t need.

Murray would be my 2nd choice followed by Griffen I guess. But if we miss out on the top 4, I think we pick the highest upside player, which is Sharpe.

They could but they have Futlz, Cole, and Suggs. I would imagine a guy like Sharpe might be a better fit if the draft grades are close.
