    Its simple.

Do you want Dwight playing or Dorsey?

I think Dwight is wanting to prove he can come back strong and I for one am looking forward to it. We start each game giving D-Mo 2-3 post ups, swap those to Dwight and try to get him started, if it doesn't work out he has to get him self started on the defensive end. We were out rebounded by 20+ boards in back to back games. That will not happen with Dwight in the paint. If hes rebounding 12 a game, give him half those possessions back in post ups, he deserves them because of the rebounds alone, not to mention the blocks and shots he changes.

I know Dwight have been watching the season Harden has been having. I'm sure he will come with a chip on his shoulder. Hopefully now the playoffs is right around the corner.

The only real positives about dwight's post UPS are.
    1. He gets the other team in foul trouble early (sometimes).
    2. He eats up smaller guys (ie Whiteside)

It all depends on Dwight... Not McHale, not Harden, not any the PFs. If he want to continue his horrible FTS, weak post ups, weak ass picks and ****ty close out defense I predict disaster , otherwise if he understands that if he plays a more deandre Jordan style, Rockets will be contending for a title.

His impact will be positive. If healthy, this team will go from above average to championship material. We need a healthy Dwight.

    Freethrows.

If Howard has good freethrow percentage around 65%, his post-ups will be much more lethal.

Dwight will secure a lot of rebounds DMo can't get and will affect a lot of shots at the rim that Dmo can't do

seriously though DMo is not a center

The Rockets will be better offensively, defensively, and on the boards.

if at least close to healthy, a huge difference maker between a real title contender or just another playoff team

Dwight post ups help get us into the penalty and that is an impact that will go a long way against fast paced teams like GS and LA so long as we control tempo.

Howard can post up from time to time but just needs to be way more committed to running pick and roll first and post up second. Dwight dominated in the first round last year but if he tries to play like that and fails it is going to destroy our hopes this year and probably team chemistry.

I believe that even without acquiring our "Goran" at the deadline, we have a chance to win the ring. Josh Smith, Corey Brewer, Terrence Jones/DMO, and Terry represent a certain level of talent off the bench that we haven't had in awhile. The step forward from Harden (if he can continue into the postseason) makes us much better off this year. All D12 has to do is fit in.

For the season, Dwight's 2 pt FG % is 57.8%

    Dmo's 2 pt FG % is 52.9%

As much as people hating on Dwight's low post plays, the facts remain different.

Whether its a hook shot, or push shot or a lob or a Oreb put back, the end result that matters is the 2 points.

Those bringing up Dwight's destruction of Robin Lopez need to remember that:

    1) It took Harden completely out of his game
    2) It was the exception.......not the rule.

I'm fine with Dwight posting up if he has good low post position early in the shot clock. Otherwise, this is Harden's offense and everything we do needs to be geared toward him. Throwing the ball into Dwight when he's 15 feet from the basket is one of the easiest ways to kill our offense.

I expect dominant defense, elite rebounding, and good finishing ability around the rim. If Dwight comes back and sets a hard pick on his first possession, we will know that he's in the right mindset.

These stats are incredibly empty without the context of how little Dwight has played this season.

You mean in like the 5 games where Dwight played when he was actually healthy?? Stats mean nothing in such a small sample-size.

Dwight's numbers are worse across the board this year than last year's regular season. IF he is healthy, he should be better.

I think he'll have a positive impact. I see him coming back and accepting that DeAndre Jordan role. I think he'll have more post up opportunities than DJ, but enough to let guys like D-Mo keep their touches. Dwight did say that this is the best he's felt in a long time. The real problem is T-Jones vs D-Mo. Who starts? I say D-Mo, but thats a whole other debate.
