    Maybe AI>T-Mac, just maybe.
    But absolutely T-Mac+Yao>AI+Yao
We are 13-6, nothing need to be changed, but noly steady progress
If T-mac find his rhythm gradually and change his role a little bit, we will be better
But if Bonzi for AI, obviously I agree

    My idea:
AI and Koke tier 1 players in current NBA
    Wade, James, Kid, Nash.....tier 2
    Tmac, Arenas, Anthony......tier 3

AI for Bibby and 2 first round draft picks. With AI, Artest, Kevin Martin, Shareef Abdur-Rahim. Sixers got the expiring contract they want, the draft picks, and Webber Bibby reunion!

If Sixers decides to rebuild, then the offering of Sura's expiring contract + Bonzi + draft picks for next year may be very interesting to them. We may have to add Head to the mix to sweeten the deal.

But AI for Tmac, no, hell no.

Trade T-mac for AI is possible. AI could brought our mental toughness to a new level.

AI's slashing ability with the rebounding ability that Chuck Hayes and Yao possess on the offensive end is really nasty to think about. That being said it would probably hurt our defensive ability a lot and what would we do with Rafer?

it takes years for Yao and T-mac to be familiar with each other...
i dont wanna ruin the 13-6 beginning, and wait for another several years to see a 13-6 or even worse season beginning...
though i think T-mac is a bomb for the lift off of rox, i dont think the trade is a good one....
P.S. Head is a really good player, though he is not a key player until now, he will be, i think so!

Dude makes 18 million bucks. So we would have to give up Juwan, Raefer, Sura, Bonzi, Head and we still come up 2million short. And that's if the sixers are stupid enough to take that offer.

The sixers have lost leverage so they aint gonna get equal value but they can still get something better than what we have.

I'll say this, if CD pulls of this trade without having to give up T-Mac/Yao/Battier and not gutting our depth, I will run through my nieghbor hood naked.

like i said, if it aint broken why fix it? let AI go to minny, boston or portland or whatever team he wants! AI is not our solution for championship. its still depends on chemistry! the rockets are 13-6 right now. we dont need any changes, except maybe for bonzi.

I like A.I. but the Rockets should keep who they have. T-Mac is the best 2-guard in the league IMHO.

Why the hell would the Rockets want AI? He doesn't play defense. He's selfish. He doesn't get along great with coaches or teammates. Why take the risk?

I like to think about A.I. replacing Alston, but the reality of that seems so remote as to be a fantasy. That would be a heck of a trio. But the Rockets don't have the assets to make that happen. I think the three of them together could average a 100 per game. A.I. would make teams pay for triple teaming or even doubling Yao. And his drive and dish game would take Yao over a 30 average, easy. Fun to imagine.

I wouldn't disrupt the chemistry of a winning team to bring in a scoring pg who's already off his prime...
The guy carries with him a huge contract, I don't think he could be traded to a play-off level team right now...

He also can't play defense, and jacks up more shots than the old T-mac. Sorry but why would we want to trade for iverson, someone who is unhappy with all the coaches he's been with. How would he like JVG? And who's gonna be our two gaurd? Doesn't make any sense.

Haha. yeah fun, but i think 80 ppg is more realistic if it works right, which I don't think it will. Too little ball to go around.

One more thing, if this hasn't been pointed out already. Can you imagine JVG and AI!?!? JVG drew the line w/ Bonzi, can you imagine the fireworks in the media the second these two guys don't see eye to eye?
