This season is all about "win now". Rockets need to make some changes but in doing so keep the core of Yao, T-Mac, and Batts. Jared Jeffries finally played a game for the Knicks and showed why the Rockets had considered him with their MLE in the off-season. It'll will be interesting as they're stacked with bigs, ie if they'll package one of their young prospects in order to dump Francis's contract? JHo+Bonzi+Sura+Lucas for Francis+Lee (Knicks will potentially get 3 expiring and Juwan's more manageable contract) Rafer, Francis, Vspan TMac, Head, (Azubuike) Battier, Snyder, Novak Hayes, Lee, Padgett Yao, Deke, (Haryasz)
Francis would obviously start over Rafer, and even though I love Chuck, Lee would start over him because he's as great of a rebounder and his size won't cause him to miss gimme layups.
