I wouldn't buy a Pavilian, but have had great success on their Business grade laptops (nc6220, nx6125, tc4200). Your statement about focusing on printers over the other products is a load of crap. Where did you come up with this? The printer division is in a separate division than desktops, laptops, servers, handhelds. Each with their own P&L. I will say this. If you purchase an HP - buy the commercial grade products. Of course, you wouldn't ever catch me buying a consumer laptop. Their just not the same. I don't care who makes it.
