He's 6'6" with a 7'0" wingspan, about the same size as Bazemore. I don't think Bazemore was going to come off the bench here.
prior to the Nene signing i would have said a Marjonovic offer sheet, but ...actually, i think we should still sign Marjonovic to an offer sheet. I am pro gigantism!
Apparently the Blazers are prepared to match up $17 million a year for him. We can't even sign him to that type of offer sheet if we wanted to. I'm thinking the rest of the money is going to Gentile, a backup guard or two on the cheap (Think Barbosa/Terry), then use the room exception to bring on Nene and then hope you can dump Brewer.
Shane Larkin still available? Last 12 games of the season, he started, and averaged 10 and 7 on 47/50/75 splits... I'd take him for a decent price.
We can. Renouncing DMo gets us to $15 million, and trading Brewer could get us up to $22 million. I think this is a smarter path than spending big money on a PG right now. Next summer Chris Paul, Westbrook, Curry, and Lowry will all be free agents. And even if we strike out on all of those top line players, there's also quality guys like Teague, George Hill, and Jrue Holiday.
Jack comes from ACL, I can see Norris Cole. Balanced PG, can create with the ball, championship experience.
Pay barkley his 5 million make him the mouth piece of the rockets. goldfish nba superstars now flock to us in the off season because they heard funny bald fat man talk about us in a good way.
I wish LES would get off his but and repare the problen between Him and Barkley, I feel sure you are so right that Barkley could help us a lot!!!! Y
